Fiction and reality are two very different things, and I think you need to take a step back and understand which is which, and how you just made it easier for the real criminals to hide.
A lot of fanfiction contains adult themes, rape, incest, and other questionable content, but this does not make anything written in them illegal because it is fiction. Freedom of speech is our most important freedom, without it no other freedoms exist.
